www.londonphlebotomytraining.co.uk is managed by London Phlebotomy Training Ltd (referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ below). Our head office is at 33 High St, Southall UB1 3HA.

These terms and conditions of use (together with the documents referred to in it) set out the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.londonphlebotomytraining.co.uk (‘this site’), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use this site.

By using this site you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

Training centre
We are hiring the Lecture Theatre in Ealing hospital for training purposes only; we have no other connection with Ealing hospital. Also, Ealing hospital doesn’t have any involvement with our company or the training that we provide to students. We only provide training and do not guarantee that every student will get a job after our training. Also, we are NOT an employment agency. We only provide training. (Due to Covid-19, we are not using Ealing hospital, Lecture theatre until October 2021.)

            Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using this site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Our Refund Policy
Under our refund policy, we’re happy to refund 100% of the amount if you inform London Phlebotomy Training before 30 days of the course start date. Otherwise, you will lose 100% of the payment.

For example: If you joined a Phlebotomy/Cannulation/Injection and HSAs Training course or any other course with London Phlebotomy Training and have made the payment, you MUST let London Phlebotomy Training know via email before 30 days prior to the training date (Part 1 Theory). If you fail to inform London Phlebotomy Training within 30 days of the course start date, you will NOT get your money refunded.

Note: If you are not sure how this refund policy works or do not understand it, kindly contact one of our staff members, and we will explain it clearly.
