Return Policy

Effective Date: 1st September 2024

At London Phlebotomy Training Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality clinical training. If you need to withdraw from a course, the following return and refund policy applies:

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund if you withdraw at least 30 days before the course start date (Part 1 Theory).
Refund requests made less than 30 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Notification Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at accounts@londonphlebotomytraining.co.uk.
Include your full name, course details, and reason for withdrawal in your request.

3. Training Materials

If training materials were provided, they must be returned in unused and original condition.
Any costs associated with returning materials are the responsibility of the student.

4. Exceptions

Certain specialised programs may have different refund terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.

5. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request and, where applicable, the return of training materials.
