Return Policy for Clinical Training
Effective Date: 1st of September 2024
We aim to provide high-quality training experiences. However, if you need to withdraw from a program, our return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
– You may request a full refund if you withdraw within 14 days of your enrollment date.
– Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Notification Process:

– Include your name, program details, and the reason for your withdrawal.
3. Return of Materials:
– If any training materials were provided, they must be returned in their original condition.
– You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning materials.
4. Exceptions:
– Certain programs may have different policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
5. Processing Time:
– Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request and any returned materials.
